Letia and her team transformed our home! We went into this project with a general plan of what we wanted, but really didn’t know how to get there. Enter Letia Young! She walked us through the process, told us what to expect and worked with us every step of the way. We took the main floor of our house down to studs and concrete, added a couple of panoramic doors and moved exterior and interior walls. Letia took the time to get every detail of our remodel exactly right, from cabinet layouts and elevations to selecting exactly the right color for our custom tile. She took all our concepts and ideas and created a cohesive design that is livable and elegant. As with any large scale project, there were a few things we didn’t expect. Without fail, Letia and team helped turn every surprise into an improvement. Letia is smart, fun to be with and full of good ideas. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product! I cannot recommend Letia and her team enthusiastically enough!

We’ve used the services of Brittany and Letia twice and couldn’t be happier with the results. Projects ranged from the more traditional bathroom remodel and new flooring to outdoor projects involving patio updating, house painting and hardscaping. With no expertise or confidence in home design and decor nor familiarity with those who provide the necessary services, we loved having someone who could locate the professionals, schedule the work and provide design assistance. We knew what we wanted but not how to get there. Letia and Brittany made it happen. They brought us options and advice, sensing our style and knowing where the budget mattered. Communication with them was excellent. Things happened, schedules had to change and yet work was completed in a very timely fashion. Best of all, they are fun to work with! Looking back on our time caring for my 92 year old dad and looking ahead to the possible needs for my husband with Parkinson's Disease, we decided to simplify the everyday where possible. Our greatest challenge with my dad was crossing the curb into the shower.
Letia & Brittany redesigned the shower to be a walk-in large enough to accomodate a wheelchair in addition to a folding seat and added grab bars and a hand held showerhead. They also designed a custom double vanity that was tall enough to provide wheelchair access. between the two sinks a bench with storage was installed to provide added function. They also had a comfort height wall mounted toilet installed with grab bars on each side. When you walk into our bathroom, sunlight greets you through two large windows over our soaker tub. Our completely renovated shower now includes nearly floor to ceiling glass on two sides, creating a very open feeling. You would have no idea it is completely handicap accessible! Letia and Brittany were amazing, not only in the design, but every step of the way. We knew from the beginning the time frame, the cost, the schedule and sequence of each phase. I was included in all of the details, like choosing the countertops, mirrors, fixtures and everything! We're now ready for whatever our future holds! Would we have Letia and Brittany work with us again? Absolutely! We are very happy!
