Brittany & Letia have been working as a dynamic design team since 2017, with over 25 years of experience in the interior design and project management fields between them, each bringing their unique backgrounds and expertise to their clients.
Their shared vision is to bring personalized function and beauty to every project, as they walk their clients through the remodel process. We follow a successful stepped process to identify each client's unique design needs, perspectives and requirements. This puts you, the Client, in the center of the project seeing your new space come to life.
Understanding how the clients use their home, the flow of their daily lives and how they want their home to ultimately feel, allows Brittany & Letia to create a design that will cater to their client's, needs and preferences. The process White Dog Interiors uses minimizes disruptions and inconveniences and we continually communicate progress on your remodel. Since we work on just one project at a time, know you are our only focus.
Letia
Letia has 20+ years experience designing, decorating and remodeling interiors. She graduated from Bauder Design College and worked in various residential and commercial design arenas prior to starting her own business, White Dog Interiors, eventually partnering with Brittany, at B Home Design. She is truly gifted in bringing all elements together for a successful transformation, enhancing the aesthetics of your interior to bring joy to your surroundings. Having ‘grown up in sawdust’ with parents in the business, she has built, remodeled and decorated her own homes and knows all that involves! She brings neat, clean, classic, functional beauty to all the spaces she designs. Letia lives in Rancho Bernardo with her husband.
Brittany
Brittany has worked in the home space for the past 10 years. She started her journey in real estate, but quickly discovered that her true passion was for interior design while helping clients update their homes for sale or envision the possibilities when deciding what home to purchase. After making her transition to interior design she launched B Home Design in 2017 and partnered with Letia, of White Dog Interiors. Brittany loves connecting with her clients and prides herself on creating designs that truly fit their needs while aesthetically breathing new life into their homes. Staying on top of new material offerings and design trends allows Brittany to give her clients the best options for their lifestyle and tastes. She isn't afraid to encourage her clients to be brave, bold or dramatic when the space calls for it. Brittany lives in Escondido with her brave, bold and dramatic French Bulldog, Gertie.

Our Process
White Dog Interiors is determined to remain as intimate in size as our team-to-client connections. In order to ensure an equal level of dedicated service and attention, White Dog Interiors limits the number of projects accepted from clients at one time and keeps a wait-list for future projects. White Dog Interiors is proud to boast countless repeat clients who consider us, and our partners, their trusted remodel team for life!
Consultation
Our consultation meeting serves as our jumping off point for your project. A face-to-face meeting in the space you would like to remodel, allows us to fully visualize your goals and see how you use your home. We will discuss, in detail, your current pain points, your needs, your style and your project budget. It's also a great opportunity for us to get to know each other to determine if we would be a good fit for you; as we know, a remodel can be an emotional journey as well as a practical one.
Design & Construction Estimate
If you elect to move forward with us, we will put together a proposed design for your space. This will include a full set of design boards of proposed finishes as well as all of the necessary renderings, elevations and floor plans for you to visualize the design in your space.You will also receive a comprehensive estimate for each trade needed, including labor and materials. The cost of the design & bid is $350, which will be applied to your design fee if you choose to accept the bid and move forward with your remodel.
Material Selection & Coordination
One of the keys to our success is our Pre-Construction Phase. In this phase, we walk you through making all of your material selections. From flooring to cabinet hardware, we strive to have every element selected and ordered before we ever swing a hammer. This allows us to keep to our timeline without the delays that are often caused by out-of-stock items or shipping issues. We also use this time to do extensive scheduling and address any foreseeable construction obstacles with our trusted trades partners.
Bringing It All Together
From Demo Day to your "After" photoshoot, White Dog Interiors will handle the scheduling of all contractors, phase completion walk-throughs, invoicing for all work performed, as well as handling any issues that arise your remodel progresses. We serve as the point of contact for all those involved in your remodel, cutting down on any possible miscommunications or frustration and making the process as stress free as we can for our clients.
