Expert Design & Project Management
Design Services to Include:

Floor plan for each area to be remodeled

Purchasing and management of all material orders (includes tracking, quality checks upon delivery & returns of damaged/defective items

Implementation & quality checks of design elements during construction phase
Construction Services to Include:

Prepare & deliver all design/remodel specs to each subcontractor for each phase of the project

Manage project through completion

Establish project schedule, coordination & modification of schedule for all subcontractors throughout the project

Resolve questions/issues from subcontractors at project site throughout the remodel
-
Prepare Change Orders
-
Manage & track all invoices & payments
-
Lead weekly Project walk throughs with Clients to address any questions/concerns throughout remodel

Diamond Package
Expert Design & Project Management Tailored
Design Services to Include:
All listed in Gold Package & the following applicable items per Client’s desired experience:

Designer Curated Experience: 1 to 3 sets of Floor Plans, Renderings & Material Options will be presented in home for Client’s final approval

Collaborative Experience: Material Options presented in home whenever possible; exclusions would include things like natural stone slabs, which will need to be selected in person if the Client would like to make the final selection
-
“Grand Reveal” Experience: Clients will approve floor plan and provide Designers with a Wish List & preferences. Final selections will be made by Designers per Client’s parameters & budget.
Construction Services to Include:

Up to 3 weekly Designer-led walkthroughs per week to address any questions or concerns
-
Option to pay lump sum payments to Designer for disbursement to subcontractors upon completion of each trade phase
-
Designer organized and catered Open House upon completion
